BCTRA 2019-20 AGM Announcement

BCTRA will be holding its virtual 2019-2020 Annual General Meeting throughout the month of June. To ensure all our members across the province can join in this year’s process we have set these dates for participation:

June 11 – AGM package and instructions will be sent to all our Group and Individual members through email

June 15 – June 29 – Online voting period for resolutions outlined in the AGM agenda.

June 22 – AGM online meeting at 7:30pm to discuss the content of the AGM package.

June 29 – AGM voting closes at midnight.

June 30 – AGM results will be delivered to all members via email.
