We welcome members outside the province to join BCTRA events and activities, however; our bylaws do not permit non-residents to be voting members.

Level C1 Participant Membership shall be open to any resident of British Columbia who agrees with the association’s mission and upon payment of the membership fee and participating in events such as the BC Summer Games or the BCTRA Annual Video Competition.

Level B Membership shall be open to any resident of British Columbia who agrees with the association’s mission and upon payment of the membership fee.
